About Phase III Therapy
Revolutionizing occupational therapy through innovation, empathy, and a commitment to reducing therapist burnout.
Our Story
Phase III Therapy was born from a simple observation: occupational therapists are burning out at alarming rates, not because they lack passion for their work, but because administrative burdens and inefficient workflows are stealing time away from what matters most—patient care.
Founded by a unique team combining military medical experience, cutting-edge engineering expertise, and frontline clinical knowledge, we set out to build something different. We're not just creating equipment; we're reimagining therapy workflows with innovative solutions that maximize efficiency and minimize burnout.
Our co-founders—Tyler Renken (former Army medic and CEO), Ethan Kessler (electrical engineering student and CTO), and Dr. Jess Renken (OTD from Methodist University)—bring diverse perspectives united by a single mission: empowering therapists to reclaim their time and passion while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Our Mission
To empower occupational therapists with innovative tools that eliminate unnecessary burden, streamline workflows, and maximize time for meaningful patient care—ultimately reducing burnout and elevating the entire profession.
Our Vision
A future where every therapist has access to innovative, efficient tools that amplify their expertise—where technology handles the tedious so practitioners can focus on transformative, life-changing therapy that truly makes a difference.
